How to Unfollow Certain Thread Posts?

I installed Tapatalk yesterday; and I "accidentally" followed every thread and sub-category on this site. Now I recieve notifications of every new post being made and it's kind of annoying. I received over 128 notifications today 'cause of it.. How do I undo this via PC/website?

This isn't really the case. I'm talking like, getting notifications when anyone/someone makes a new thread in the forums.
