Can someone link me sigpatching for sysnand CFW stuff.
I also seen WUPclient that has some UI to it and stuff. I do not think people are using the exact original by smea but I also have no idea where to find that.
Excellent shiet OP.

Whatever I try on my REDnand Wii U I cannot get WUPclient connect to it. I did check the right IP with MAC address comparison, but I cannot get any reaction - once I got
Code:
0x1dc042
0xfffcffeaL
0x0

And then close. Cannot get WUPclient to connect and I am not sure if my WUPserver is working but I could not make sure.

Confirming that I also did this on sysNAND. EUR region titles now work perfect without the need to modify meta.xml. (Of course, I still need signature patching from iosuhax. :P)

Does anybody know what could be causing this error?

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'send'

EDIT - Got it. Used the wupclient.py by smea himself.

You still need iosuhax? I did this and can boot Taiko from cold start. I checked the meta.xml and the region is still set to JPN.

Oh, sorry no, I cannot get python working from commandline in my Win10
You probably didn't add python to your path when you installed it. Reinstall python and make sure you check the box.

Or you can open wupclient.py in notepad, add this line to the bottom, save and exit.
Code:
import code; code.interact(local=locals())

Then you should get the interactive prompt when you double-click wupclient.py

Thanks for the tip, I will try this little later

I would also like more clarity on this.

We can do this to SysNAND from coldboot?
Yes, since if you edit this file in sysnand the same file still exists in the sysnand of console. Wii U system reads this and determines your console to boot all regions games. So if you edit this for Sysnand even without booting CFW any region games (even discs) will work.

But if nintendo releases a update no idea what would happen to the wii U with edited file upon updating, that is does it get wiped? Does it stay there as is? Softbrick or brick? Who knows?

Good point. Better not mess with SysNAND for now.
