put it together with wupclient.py, edit IP and target region accordingly, it will modify all meta.xml on USB.

That is called instructions. Also:

do NOT use this blindly.

I feel really uncomfortable writing to nand, and I install all games to usb, so I made it that way, actually you only need to modify two lines of code to make it work with nand, DEV_USB and PATH_USB

Put it in the same directory as the wupclient.py edit the ip in the python script and run it...

download .py

Open .py in command prompt

It only modifies region for titles starts with 00050000 0005000c 0005000e, I though this qualifies as a whitelist? Correct me if I'm wrong, and it wont do any write if no modification is needed.

OK I downloaded his script and edited the 2 parts, IP and changed the region to Eur (mine). Now I simply run CFW on WiiU and run the region_modifier?
