So I've been noticing that when I try sending game invites to friends on games like killzone, umvc3, or resident evil revelations to play online that it will result in an error message that says "could not send the message" or it will say "The database is corrupt. Restart this system". My friends and I are both on the latest henkaku (not the new beta version) and are using the exact same dumps of these games and its the same message for all the games. We tried restarting and rebuilding our databases over 5 times and we still have the same issues. The weird thing is that initially we are able to send/receive invites to play together but after a while it just seemed to stop working altogether. We/I can still play online with random people but unable to send invites to each other to play online. Ad-Hoc mode works fine though. It seems/feels like a system issue. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Its impossible to try it without henkaku active because that would mean having to update to the latest firmware because in order to send an invite(to play online) that requires you to connect to psn which will mean it will ask u to update firmware.

Edit: Does anyone have any of the games I mentioned above(umvc3, resident evil revelations or killzone) in order to test this? My PSN is redxking164

I do have ultimate marvel vs capcom 3 but i didn't know people still play it online anymore, let alone on psn, or even on psvita :P

Still with psvita horrible wifi why would anyone wanna play it unless using pstv with ethernet for best results is probably recommend.

The game dumps will quit all applications on runtime which is why invites don't work. If you send them before starting the game, they will work.

Ok I see, that makes sense but how can I send them before starting the game? In order to "host a game/create a room "doesnt the invite have to be sent from within the game you are trying to play online?
