is it safe to update to 11.2 im on reinand emunand 11.0
Wait until you have finished the guide before updating anything. Right now it doesn't matter what your emuNAND is on since everything will be done on your sysNAND.

It's Arm9Loaderhax or A9LH for short. Arm9 is not the proper term.
You can update your emuNAND to the latest OFW, but it's not necessary for the process of install A9LH. Your sysNAND needs to remain at 9.0/9.2 to start the process of installing A9LH.

i only want the update of 11.2 so i can visit eshop
You can update to the latest OFW on ReiNAND, but if you are intending to get the Animal Crossing update, you will need to switch to CFW that supports the latest NATIVE_FIRM.

So why the hell did you asked about getting A9LH? And please, don't use the term Arm9, it's so annoying.
"I want to get arm9 on my old3ds and I've got arm11 already so my 3ds is partially softmodded jailbroken rooted and homebrewed".

Jeez calm down. He asked for it, and then probably realised he wouldn't be able to do it on his own. Nothing is wrong with that.

It's a rather misleading title. Not to mention there's no reason to keep MenuCraps when A9LH is so easy to install.

The title is misleading, I agree. However, not everyone can install A9LH. I know it's piss easy, but the guide is tedious, and many people get scared when they see a long guide. So they just settle for what they have since it still works for them. Others go by the analogy of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"

The thing is, people just need to actually look at the guide. It looks spooky scary because of the crazy amount of detail, but once you get started, you realize how stupidly easy it is.
Not like when I started when it was just paragraph that was like, "Step 1: A9LH, figure out the rest"

okay, then why he has even posted this? This question about updating to the newest firmware has been answered 1-2 days after the new firmware came out, so I don't know how could he miss this thread. Or maybe he just... DIDN'T SEARCHED.
I hate when people post and don't search. It isn't hard.

The guide is very easy, and shouldn't really pose a problem to the person following it, but many look the other way when they see how long it is. Some do not have the skill of following guides accurately. I am sure each individual knows themselves well, and whether they're capable of doing something or not.

So you want him to read a thread with 50+ pages from a few days ago? Besides, there's nothing wrong with asking questions. This is what the Temp is for, it is not for you or others to just bash newbies just for asking questions.

You don't really understand me. You can just google "Is updating to 11.2 safe" and the first result is this:
https://gbatemp.net/threads/update-11-2-and-homebrew.446160/page-7
From there you can just go to the first page, and there is the answer:

emuNANDs:
RXtools: Works

Reinand: Works

Luma3DS: Works

CakeFW: Works

Corbenik: Works

GW: Works

A9LH: Works

So please, don't tell me that it's scrolling through 50+ pages and that I'm just bashing noobs. I am really patient, but when I see another thread where someone hasn't searched before asking, then I'm just getting really nervous. It's nothing else than SPAM.
