She has a history of leaking legit info. She confirmed many things before they are officially announced. Such as the Switch event announcement hours before Nintendo officially sent out the tweet. Also many other specs of the switch like Nvidias involvement. I believe it.

shouldn't it have 8? you know so the system os has something to use and ensure the game runs smoothly (tegra is a gpu cpu combo chip right? that means it's using system ram)
