The only benefit is dsiwarehaxx source may make good templates for future dsiwarehax should fieldrunners and exidia get taken down.

I'm pretty sure this will work with 11.2 as well. He has pulled up something relating to DSiWare before 11.2 (2 days before to be exact). We'll have to wait and see what Yellows8 reveals. Plus, waiting for an update (like 11.2) for exploiting something is also a possibility.

That's a completely different thing from this. This is a way to inject Dsiware saves with an arm11 kernel exploit. The bug you're talking about is a way around the downgrade checks that has nothing to do with Dsiware. If an arm11 kernel exploit that works on 11.2 releases, 11.2 users will be able to downgrade with Dsiware save injection. There is an arm11 kernel exploit that was patched on 11.2, so it is likely that 11.2 users will have to wait a bit longer for an arm11 kernel exploit.
