Homebrew Downloading Homebrew? (11.0.0-33, no hardmod)

Hello, fellow modders!

I am an owner of a Nintendo 2DS (US) who wants to homebrew his 2DS to play Japanese 3DS games (I bought Smash 3DS for my other, JP 3DS). I am wanting to play Smash 3DS on my 2DS, as well as more, including modding SSB3DS. Are there any way of doing this? I do not have a modded 3DS, any sort of hardmod, equipment for hardmod, money to buy equipment for hard mod, technique for hardmod, and my friends also condone HB, if any of that matters.

I may be wrong but Smash has PASLR, and HANS is broken on OFW > 11.0, so even with homebrew you may not be able to play out of region Smash. I will double check, but I think this is the case, will post back when I have more info.

You need Custom Firmware. not homebrew.

Custom firmware, not homebrew. I think if you search craigslist you'd find people installing custom firmware/downgrading systems for money.

I do things locally for $40.

I may be wrong but Smash has PASLR, and HANS is broken on OFW > 11.0, so even with homebrew you may not be able to play out of region Smash. I will double check, but I think this is the case, will post back when I have more info.

I am not paying anything to hardmod my 3DS, or to install homebrew. I want to do this free; that's why I came here for help.

Well, you can't do it for free, unfortunately. You can't get CFW on the latest firmware for free. Either get another system and put custom firmware on it, get a hardmod, or pay to have it done. There's no way to do it for free.
