Hacking How to unlock MK8 DLC Characters, Karts and Gliders for free!

Here's a tutorial on how you can unlock DLC Characters, Karts and Gliders for free!

Use the following addresses/values in Gecko dotNet.

Note: In online mode, wait until you reach the course selection screen and then poke the values!

I don't think this is illegal BTW.

Depends on the game itself.

This also works for Smash, but with different addresses and values.

I absolutely hate it when people make video tutorials and have to use notepad for written instrustions. Its just sloppy and lazy. Thats just my honest opinion.

Hell, we all know if you took more time then you could have made something that looks better.

if not, i will just download it off the nusgrabber and put it on my USB.

Yes, but you must have update v4.1 of course.

This would work with disc, eShop, sysNAND/USB, loadiine, etc...

This also works for both US and EUR (NTSC-U and PAL) MK8!

Ehh. I am a perfectionist so when i do something i do it right or not at all.

Download sony vegas or corel video studio. Both work great.

In rare cases (happened for me once), the addresses change, this can be fixed by adding 2000 to the address.

Example:

306C53D0 + 2000 = 306C73D0

So, if the address 306C53D0 didn't work, the correct address is 306C73D0.

sounds amazing, i always wanted to try the dlc courses (but i am always broke af. and spend cash on other stuff than dlcs xD)

i will try this out until you make a permanent workaround for it.

edit: i should read more, "Courses can't be unlocked right now." XD i hope it will be possible sometime soon.

A permanent workaround is to create a fake ticket, install the DLC on redNAND using IOSUHAX with sign patches.

I have already created a fake ticket for USA DLC, but redNAND refuses to work...
