Hacking Need Help Updating O3DSXL A9LH etc.

I have an O3DSXL with A9LH installed (old Plailect guide, like, the first one) FW 11.2 on my 128gb mSD.

FBI.cia is 2.4.2 but !FBI is 2.3.1.

Homebrew Launcher is 1.1.0. Before I updated to sysFW 11.2 I kept getting RopBin Payload error. Now it works again.

Already ran LumaUpdater.

Freeshop is latest and already using URL for titlekeys (uninstalled TitleKeyTool).

GateWay Red Cart is not working anymore, neither is GateWay Blue Cart. Normally I press UP during boot, nothing... black screens. When I insert Blue Cart and try to move directional it freezes system and have to power down.

Not sure if I need to update A9LH at this point... but I would assume so since I don't have a /Files9/ folder as requested in update guide.

Where to start?

What version of A9LH dos you have installed? Also not much has changed, main new thing now is SD less boot

You can refer to this to update A9LH as this is what I used for my N3DS to add sd-less version: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Updating-A9LH

It talks about the versions there, not sure, maybe you can deduce based on date.

Honestly tho, not much reason to update unless you want a new feature like sd-less boot, screen init, etc...

Honestly I don't think you "need" to update anything, your setup seems good to me, maybe just add freeshop !

SD-less works great now when one injects Luma into CTRNAND root, but I'm using a compiled version of latest code not a stable release, haven't had issues with it.

Not sure about model specific, I didn't read anywhere about only for N3DS, but it may be the case, I'd have to investigate...

Are you sure that you're opening the installed FBI, not the one injected into health and safety app?

Don't touch A9LH unless you absolutely need to.

Check if the gateway payload is still inside the luma/payloads folder. It might be backed up by the updater.

I think I need to... FBI won't install any .CIA's and Freeshop is crashing back to menu on launch.

Tried installing new Pokemon games. Freeshop crashes. FBI.cia is latest. FW is 11.2. A9LH. O3DSXL.

Only have 15GB of storage left...

And yes, I checked the folder for the GW loader or whatever, and it's there. Still doesn't work.

LumaUpdater failed to backup while trying to update.

Homebrew Menu works.

mSD locked/failed. Was able to copy old mSD to new. Everything fine again and new Plailect Guide is all I need.. I'm on V2.
