Hacking Are the eShop tickets on "that site" usable?

I know I made the dumping tutorial, but I thought it was confirmed that the tickets would not work on a different console. So... are these useless?

Eshop games have console specif tickets so they are useless.

I use tickets from that site and they work fine. Successfully played Wind Waker HD, Resident Evil Revelations, and Deus Ex Human Revolution.
