Hardware Pros and Cons of the new Nintendo Switch?

Pros: it's a Nintendo handheld and those usually do fine and have great games. Built-in two player support from the get-go, no extra hardware required. TV out.
Cons: It needs to support the home console mode so there probably won't be any extra features that aren't possible/available/accessible while in the cradle. The JoyCons is all there is. Good enough for some, I suppose.

There is the Pro controller though, no? I saw screenshots of another controller besides the JoyCons, so that shouldn't be an issue
But it's just a more comfortable JoyCon, isn't it? Same button layout, same number of buttons, it's just slightly larger because it doesn't have to fit into your pocket, but it doesn't seem like it has any extra features.There is the Pro controller though, no? - Nintendo handheld. 'nuff said. What i play the most is handheld (not just that shovelware stuff that is heavily related with Mobiles) and being able to play console-like games "on-the-go" is a must for me. I waited such console since i watched a portable Gamecube on Youtube.
- Since is a "console hybrid", more people can watch and enjoy the games, unlike having a 3DS that can only be enjoyed by 1 person at time.

No specs have been revealed other than that nvidia custom GPU
Also, being 20 is too late to game? Since when? Oh boy i must be an archaic guy because i'm about to be 22 and i don't plan to stop gaming anytime soon...
Sadly, the market is moving towards that candy crush, temple run, freemium shovelware titles for casuals. I don't like ptw titles at all. Paywalls are obnoxious as hell.
I really like the controller thingy, I wish they would take that approach for other stuff as well.
for digital how is going to work?! Like the tablet has space for how many game? and even if the base holds the games how it will play a game when u are 3 hours away from your house?
big pros for me is the display pixel ratio, it looks so fine.
the wii u gamepad looks very washed out ,even my 3ds looks better.
about the cons hmm i dislike the small wii like controllers, they seem so small, i hope we wont be forced to seperate them for certain games.
but maybe they are comfy..
i was not overly impressed ,but it is something new, and well it looks so sexy, i hope the performance of the console loading times boot times are at least on par with a ps4, then it would be amazing.

- Bulky handheld with no screen protection.
- Seems like a lot of parts and gadgets to worry about.
+ Looks like good 3rd party interest.
+ Good multiplayer system.
+ Value, since it covers both home console and portable. No need to buy both now.
± Backwards compat. Would be a huge + if at least 3ds was supported.

It also ends 12 years of DS tyranny XD I mean, it could have been called New 3DSiXL lite & knuckles like that image i saw somewhere here for all we know...
I was meaning my childhood plans since i though i could go anywhere when i was on vacation. Now i can barely go to another state so the portable side would be locked to some outdoors locations!
I feel like it's nice to take my 3ds somewhere outside my room, or to my best friend's place and play with her a little mario party... Sometimes it's neat not to be locked down to only one enviroment.
Pros - I think it will be backwards compatible with the Wii U
Cons - its specs are going to suck so there will be no 3rd party ports of AAA games from xbone or pisspoor
