Somebody has to actually buy the game from the eShop, dump their title keys, share it with that site and get it verified before you'll see it show up on the freeShop.

I was thinking of doing this but I'm a bit worried if Nintendo would find out my NNID that did this.
Can I make an emuNAND with a new NNID and but a eShop card and load it on the NNID. Buy Shin Megami Tensei 4 Apocalypse then dump the title keys?
I have a hard copy that's why I can't dump my keys now.

I am thinking about just buying the game anyways. ATLUS is one of the few game companies that isnt actively shitting on us gamers as it is. It might be nice to show some support.
You need to buy the game first and add the titlekey to the game to a key website if there is a digital version evnetually.
Could just go find the game in .cia format and call it a day.

well, converting a game card dump to a cia file will allow you to install it to your home menu, but the cia won't have the important data we need from the e-shop, will it? that is why it won't help..
