Turn off your anti-virus/firewall. Or port through ALL devices router, anti-virus, windows. If that doesn't work turn them off if you're on a private network.

That was with firewall completely turned off. Was googling how to port forward in avast and apparently it doesn't block ports, so there is no port forwarding on it

Edit: Just tried again with also turning off the anti-virus. Same result. No changes

That's normal. Just run the NTRViewer and it should work.

Edit: Just for the hell of it, tried it on my laptop as well and got the same result

Edit: Lastly, went into my router and disabled firewall completely, again in windows, with antivirus set to off. Exact same result. I can't connect to this shit at all

i have the same issue as you... but i can stream for like 30 seconds and then i have the same error you have

Check and see if Python and .NET Framework 4.0 are up to date on your computer. Make sure that both the NTR.bin on the root of the micro SD card and the debugger/viewer software are all from preview 2 of NTR 3.4 (using ntr.bin from prev. 2 with debugger/viewer from prev. 1 or vice-versa can cause these problems). If possible, also test this using a different router and see if that works.

The error message you're receiving is normal, the debugger is designed to disconnect from the 3DS 10 seconds after the stream starts in order to free up bandwidth (the debugger and the video stream run on separate connections, which is why the video stream continues even after the debugger disconnects). Does the stream stop after 30 seconds, or does it continue uninterrupted?

you can't do "CPU boost" on Old 3DS.

I am having an issue with streaming. NTRViewer works just fine, I've ran it for at least an hour at a time with no crashing. The issue comes once I use OBS to capture it. Whether I am streaming or not, once OBS is running, NTRViewer will crash within 5 mins everytime. I have the latest version of OBS and have tried all the different capture methods. Any suggestions?

if it persists when obs starts to run and stream, it could be the processor just cant take the task, usually this is something youd want a Quad Core CPU to handle the task (though you COULD get away with an overclocked Dual Core Processor like the G3258, but thats still pushing it)

Other than that, things could factor like processor, upload speed, and such, try to downscale things at a lower upload speed just to have a diagnosis, even uploading the logs on the OBS Analyzer can have some possible symptons.

Thats just a start anyways

It is likely something changed/corrupted, you can try log in as another user and see if the problem persists, or you can alternatively try nitro screen

Well the "gateshark" version works. So I could use that instead. but it's a bummber it doesn't work. There is no other user login for my PC. Just my main account. This is a windows machine. I recently uninstalled Visual Studio 2010 Express since I no longer needed it (after installing the 2015 version)

OBS and AMD processors have had a history of not working well together, but that was years back...don't know if the situation still applies, since most is considered 6-8 core but works alot more differently than it intends to

I tried recording with the debugger on using NTRviewer, works fine. However, my 3DS black screens when I close the lid and doesn't return to the game. Is this is a common problem with NTR?

I'm using a a9lh emuNAND New3DSXL if it helps.
