This may very well be a good time to rework on them. Models, stages, voice acting and many more are directly usable and I won't even mind the graphic being a bit crappy.

Dear Capcom,
I understand that mega man is no longer being worked on, but the successful funding of Might No.9 still suggest high interest in the series. Despite the failure of Mighty No 9's launch, Mega Man might find success on Nintendo Platforms, as the rip-off is only in its situation for bad quality. Not much work will need to be done as model, stages, voice acting, animation and extra mode are all directly usable, that Capcom will have sufficient resource to port a psp game to Nintendo 3ds or Nintendo NX. Further, Mega Man Powered Up is also worth considering and the chibi style fits better with a Nintendo Platform. Please, give Mega Man a chance.

Seriously though need someone to translate as google is really terrible, though I might find quite many friends who can speak Chinese and Japanese.

There's a lot here I could say. First I suppose, this really isn't the place. You're addressing Capcom... Here? Of all places? Somewhere like change.org would probably be better suited, but even then, this kind of thing is probably on there ten times over. Second, you kinda just come across as a desperate fan. The message could be condensed to: "I like Megaman. Other people probably like Megaman. You should make Megaman."
I'm sure they've seen the rise and fall of Mighty No 9, and hey, they might have another game in the works after seeing the demand. But they probably haven't, and you should probably accept that.

I really don't mean to come across as rude, but this post just serves no purpose.

It's porting two psp games to the nx. Capcom don't even need a team on this. It's not much more than say virtual console, even.

How is Nintendo's virtual console supposed to support Playstation Portable emulation? A port would require reprogramming the game to the system and updating information like staff team and other things that was designed for the psp system to moderen support for Nintendo system.

And Capcom has done a crap ton of porting, every other game taking much more effort.

@Sonic Angel Knight Capcom also spent a lot on Maverick Hunter X and it's definitely more logical to try porting to bring back some loss.

Wrong website for this since no one from capcom will see it. Try the capcom unity forums if you are not signed up to it already.
