Can we download it with a fake title key and edit the cia later with the correct one? Or is this useless?
So one could preload the game.

You can just download the encrypted data and decrypt it later with the titleKey. I'm pretty sure that SM will have an official eShop pre-load, so the titleKey will be released early, in the next weeks.

Then on release date you just need to inject the seed.

Demo's won't be released simultaneously worldwide.

Australia/japan will have access to them first, then Europe and America last.

From what I remember pre-installed games are region free. Not sure if the same holds for the demo.
