Homebrew Need help getting back into HB Launcher. 11.1.0-32U

So my N3DS XL somehow got updated from 9.2 all the way to the most current OFW. I had my emunand sat up with Reinand and both the sysnand and emunand were unlinked. I was just trying to figure out if there was a way to get back into homebrew launcher so I could use sysupdater to downgrade back to 9.2. I see that the wiki says that steeldiver: subwars works but every time i try it I cant get it to work for the life of me. I have a powersave dongle to put the save file in Zelda to do the OoTHax but im still waiting for them to send me my license key for it since its been like 2 years since ive done it.

Can't you find your Powersaves License Key by logging into their website? I can see all of mine lol.

You can use either of those to use HB in general, on 11.1 FIRM. But not to downgrade as of now, including NinjaHax. The good thing with FreakyHax is that it's a primary sploit not needing a second 3DS to install it on c:

I never said anything about OP downgrading his 3DS. He said that he was waiting for them to send him his license key, but he should be able to obtain it upon logging into their website since I can see all of my keys.

On the 3ds exploit wiki it says Freakyhax and OoThax works :I
Ive also read somewhere on that iso site and I wanna say somewhere on here also, that it is possible to downgrade even on current firmware. To be honest I dont even care if I cant downgrade atm I just wanna get back into my emunand lol

You can get into EmuNAND without CFW. You can downgrade with either hardmod or DSIWareHax which requires a second 3DS to have A9LH installed on, other than that you have 0 options

Generally the DSiWarehax method is the best.
-Buy a 2DS.
-Hack it.
-Downgrade your normal 3DS with it.
-Sell the 2DS for a profit on eBay because it's hacked.

I'd personally say hardmod as its ideally cheaper (although idk the prices) but I'm guessing so

Depends on the hardmodder, really. A new 2DS in the US is $80 and you don't have to wait for your system to get back to you. Just go to an electronics store and pick on up. The Red/Black & Blue/Black with MK7 as a DL code bundle comes with 6.0.0-12.

So for me to downgrade without a hardmod would be to buy a 2ds and hack it to move my New 3DS XL back to 9.2 OFW?

Yes it will downgrade your N3DS from 11.1/0 but you'll have to do a hardmod (which is what the article is)
It's much easier to just do dsiwarehax downgrade tbh, but whatever suits your taste yo
