Hacking Injected FBI into H&S but see no FBI icon

What the title says. What I did was I injected FBI into the health and safety information but I don't see that the FBI icon replaced the original icon. At the top screen I do see FBI and when I open it, it opens into FBI.

Weird, just install the actual FBI cia after that and restore H&S, as long as it works it's good lol.

You don't exactly "need" it persay, but it's useless to have 2 FBI's lol.

Clear Home Menu's extdata by navigating to /Nintendo 3DS/(32 Character ID)/(32 Character ID)/extdata/00000000/ on your SD card

Make sure the console is up to date, it won't show on lower firmwares.

It's normal. You can use Cache Tool (aka Cthulhu) to force a refresh of the icon cache.

That is normal.
The icon on bottom screen is the H&S one.
On the top screen (when the bottom icon is highlighted) FBI banner will be shown.
And if you click it (the H&S app) and FBI launches, what is the problem?

Go on with the guide, don't skip steps, and in the end, H&S will be there again and FBI will be in the Home Menu.

Personally, I like keeping both FBI and H&S FBI, because I often switch SD cards, and some of those don't have a title manager installed.

I'd just keep FBI anyway.

Keeping it on h&s is a good idea incase you need to switch sd cards or reformat your system. It'll still be there.
