I heard you can use altwfc, but i wondered if it worked for virtual console too.

DS VC can't play online at all. Waste of a feature if you ask me.

IIRC DS VC was released after the shutdown so...
anyway, do any official VC games support online?

None of them do. Only local play. (Assuming the console can use more then 1 controller)
