sometimes a game can be argued that isn't that good...
however you must agree that it was made with quality when a game is full of small features not related to the game, like easter eggs

what small things\features do you love in certain games?

while playing mario sticker star i noticed that when you shake the 3ds, the healt plank also shakes a little
but this is something that the 3ds is well known.. in the home menu everyone knows if you blow on the mic, the banner spins much faster.
but finding this feature on some games is kite funny and enjoyable...

i also love how in battlefield there is a change of a random reload animation to appear, (just search secret reload animations on youtube if you don't know about this)

One thing could be the secret conversations between characters on Smash 4. (EX: Palutena VS Pit and Palutena wins).

Other thing could be certain posters and images of old Resident Evil games like Resident Evil 3.

Or spanish words on a foreign game like Red Dead Redemption or Monster Hunter.

A skip cutscenes/dialog button is all I ask. Kinda sad that It is still an issue in 2016.
i am happy enough with the fact they can't be skipped but at least they are not showing commercials or the character has a coca cola in his hand while talking.. or the fact that there is not a tv in the background with "mcdonnalds" on the screen in almost every cutscene

ho noes. i just gave ideas to ea games and other milky companies...

You mean after you've seen them once already, right? I agree.

I personally like it when a game says "Press Start" but any button works.

In general yes, although there are some games where being able to skip on the first time is greatly appreciated ( bad VA, poor writing, etc ).

Games that let me pause at any point. (Except loading) It is very stressful when your mom is calling you and you can't pause the game your playing.

Well you don't need cutscenes for that

The characters have quotes but they're ambiguous. Other game could be Mortal Kombat X which have specific dialogues with certain characters.
I was probably confusing with story mode

As a Belgian, I've got an AZERTY-keyboard. So WASD should actually be ZQSD. Most AAA-titles are aware of this, but on indie titles (which I pretty much exclusively play), this is often missed. And as such, the first thing I do in a game is check the movements. It's one of those small nice things when I realise that the developer(s) thought of this small but important detail. :)

That sounds pretty annoying.
