Can I dump my game card(genuine) using homebrew with GW.3dsx(Original sysnand 11.1.0-34U) then launch the gateway menu to dump the game card to the SD Card to get the private header for my Sky3ds+?

Not sure if braindump works on 11.1 but it theoretically should since it's userland dumping.
I googled that they say that braindump will generate fake metadata(I think it is the header)So it will not work as I wanted to get the private header for my Sky3ds.

You need higher privileges to extract the exHeader, which braindump just simply cant get, so you either need Powersaves, or a Console on CFW or a Gateway compatible 3DS FW

I guess is the time to buy the powersaves as I don't meet the other requirement.

One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better.

I wonder if I could recommend that to some emulation devs that perhaps the sound could use some smoothing out to simulate those old TVs
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

it says it only works for the original R4, R4i Gold (r4ids.cn), R4iDSN (r4idsn.com) and Acekard R.P.G.

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card

Slightly slower loading but a bit more convenient
