Gaming Stuck in Color Splash - Prepare Steak but still not right?

Heya,

Yeah, so I'm at that one level where you have to prepare a Steak (yes, sounds funny lol) to perfection for a VIP guest, but no matter what I try I can't get it right...

Earlier in the game you get a grill, a lemon and salt and pepper. The Toads outside give you tips on how to use them and all but still it doesn't quite work... The 3 cards alone aren't all you need it seems.

Has anyone played that part already and can tell me what you did? I don't want to get stuck at a part I can't solve because I really enjoy the game so far :/

F*cking hell I just got it... Tenderize... I didn't know what it means since I'm not a native English speaking guy... I thought it simply means to "prepare it with spice", now I realized it means hammering...
