so, can someone make offical seals for "good eof material"
i had been thinking to theese certificates to good eof threads to encorage more good eofing..
i am tired of thoose spam 1 picture or random threads that people had been making, sometimes funny threads that people take some time and try to make it funny should be encoraged
as opposed thoose "i am stupid, this is eof, i can post a poo picture are get away with it" threads
