Hacking PSP 3000 series soft mod firmware 6.61

I am trying t hack this psp 3000 series which i have. I have two psps of the same model and same 6.61 firmware. Can you kindly show me a tutorial to do this.

Because i tried chronoswitch downgrade and it just gives me a black screen and turns off psp.

i also tried 6.61 proupdate, a black screen comes up and just nothing.

i see the same behavior on both psp;s
am using a original sony magic gate 2gb card
