Credit goes to annahasnolife on reddit for uploading the save data this one works with svdt homebrew
for those wanting to use that method and maybe having issues with the Cia one here is how:
if using coldboot with
CtrBootManager
rxTools
into emunand then this will be helpful
if choosing the homebrew way then put this save folder you got from the link onto your SD card the other way is under this way:

make sure you have a save already in the game Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer then
install homebrew launcher cia, make sure payloads are updated and svdt app updated..
open homebrew launcher and hold the key you use to get into ctrboot scroll down to homebrew launcher and launch then just go to svdt from there and import the takumi.dat from the save folder
from what I have seen it has all items even DLC ones I believe all or almost all charecters all emotes/clothes and so on
JKSM is a buggy mess nor does it work correctly nearly lost the save ..

also make sure you have a save set up then
just unrar and put this folder in your filer/user save data area :
