Download it with CIAngel. Or freeShop but I don't think that supports DLC yet.

freeShop supports DLC as I used it yesterday trying to get the RGB LED Homebrew to work. The tab that looks like a SNES controller is the tab for installed games and it'll show if you need an update/missing DLC to install.

Make sure that your tickets actually include such DLC/updates though.

I spelled it wrong, and ticket is spelled with a c so it doesnt make sense. Also use ciangel, or freeshop. Both have dlc support ik for a fact

Worst advice ever.
ive had my router firewall block some sites just because it doesn't like it, even when they are reliable like the iso site. If there were things like viruses on that iso site, we would know from the amount of people that use it on here.

Then you make an exception for that ONE SITE. You don't disable your everything....

Also, don't assume there is nothing malicious on a website because it isn't reported. Most people don't visit the iso site without antivirus, I'm sure. So what's to say there isn't some really shoddily codded virus on the site that never hits anyone, but because you went there with NO ANTIVIRUS it can get on your machine without effort?

Internet + no antivirus + windows = a bad time

or you could disable it temporarily.

The site itself isn't what needs to be worried about but the malicious ad providers are. Adding an exception just for that domain is a lot safer than disabling all security. Also, would people there even be able to tell if they were infected or if something was going around? Those in the malware business know how to cover their tracks and circumvent anti-viruses. It's very easy to do.
