Suggestion A cleaner featured post.

I have designed this as I personally find the blue dashes to be annoying. Why not make the stuff that was already there blue such as the triangle and the text? As well as move the featured icon to the profile picture.

Most people haven't noticed yet the OP thingy in the 10 days or so it has been there, so I wouldn't recommend making it any more subtler than it already is.

After all, it's explicitly implemented to cut down on repeated questions, so making them less intrusive would actually go against our original idea.
