I saw a YouTube clip that demonstrates PocketNES emulator injected into a GBA VC game, which is then launched through GX2 loadiine.
Is there a guide on how to do this?
Does this process work for other homebrew emulators?
Does this impact anything permanent on the Wii U such as the ability to load Wii U game discs, vWii homebrew, etc.?
Many thanks in advance.

There is a guide in this sticky - http://gbatemp.net/threads/the-definitive-guide-to-wii-u-hacking.396828/
It's under 'Useful Homebrew > How Do I Create VC Games For Loadiine > GBA/GB Injection into GBA' (You'll probably need to read both)

Use PocketNes in the same way Goomba is used in the guide for the same end result.

PocketNes does 'compress' the screen greatly, it's really noticeable when playing text heavy games. You can adjust settings in the emulator.. using the L&R buttons when the game has loaded.

This process works for Goomba (mentioned) and a couple other emulators I forget the names of, they emulate Neo Geo Pocket Color and MSX. The former is really slow, very impressive for what it is though!

It doesn't impact anything.
