Homebrew o3ds on 2.1 stuck on Plailects guide

Okay, I got to the part where it asks you to open the new Homebrew from the main menu. I did so and got this error

"Error: server returned HTTP statuscode 404
Failed to download the actual payload with HTTP: 0xfffffffe.
If the server isn't down, and the HTTP request was actually done, this may mean your system-version or region isn't supported by the *hax payload currently."
and then tells me where to report it to

Ah, crap, I think I realize where I went wrong, I needed to restore the system after the 9.2 transfer. Can I still do that fine even though I injected FBI?

Don't restore anything .... you are totally fine. You need to get the otherapp payload from smealums site and rename it to something spcial .... i don't remember :/)

It must be called like this: hblauncherloader_otherapp_payload_NEW-x-x-x-x-xxx.bin
first 4 single xs = system version xxx = region like EUR USA ...

okay, mine is named hblauncherloader_otherapp_payload_OLD-11-0-0-34-USA.bin

I have the old 3ds but should I change the OLD to NEW? 11.0.0.34 is the version so that part is correct.
I also take it that I place it in the root of the SD.

Okay I tried both hblauncherloader_otherapp_payload_OLD-11-0-0-34-USA.bin and hblauncherloader_otherapp_payload_OLD-11-1-0-34-USA.bin
Both give me the same error as before

Uhh well for what do you need the homebrew atm? I think there is no working payload yet then .....
But you should be able to do pretty much everything without homebrew atm

For this part of the guide

1. Launch the Homebrew Launcher from the home menu
2. Select "DSP Dump"
3. Press (Start) when prompted to exit
4. Reboot while holding Start to launch Hourglass9
5. Go to "SysNAND Backup/Restore", then select "Health&Safety Inject"
6. Select hs.app (the original one that doesn't contain FBI), then press (A) and confirm to inject
7. Press (Start) on the main menu to reboot!

If I remember correctly dsp dump has something to do with homebrew applications and sound .... It isn't that important to be a problem right now. Just skip that and do it after an update from the hblauncher app is released ...

I don't have 11.1 I have 11.0.0.34 but that didn't work in renaming the hblauncher payload.

Uhh 11.1 was released yesterday/a few hours ago ... you should normal be on 11.1 ... otherwise you should have the browser version 33 and hblauncher would work without doing something extra.

good to know you actually solved your problem, but next time I would not recommend you install a hack like a9lh with a mac, you know macintosh make a mess with the folder structure adding lots of ghosting files,personally overtime when I have to deal with transfer files, from my mac I just swap to my windows partition (bootcamp) and you will be fine, greetings.

I realized my new issue is that since I can't do the dsp dump I can't use homebrew at all. It just gives me that error.
