I was think, why we need to type "http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin" into 2.1 web browser? It's so dammed hard. Why we guys just dont use a easy and practical url short curt of exemple or "goo.gl/c71qth" or why we dont use something even small?

My only question its about how this will complicate me with law for example.

the reason it doesnt use url shorteners is they can be removed. so instead of using one and trying to stay on top of it he uses the full url. there is nothing stopping anyone from making a short url and using it themselves

For N3DS users, going out of 2.1 minimizes chances of bricking. Usually you only put the URL once to grab OTP and get out of 2.1 as fast as you can.
For O3DS users, even if it's more safe, the same rule applies.

Menuhax 3.0 supports every system version since the introduction of themes in 9.0. You use browserhax once, then install menuhax (if you don't have a9lh already).

hblauncher_loader is supported by every cfw and is a cia *hax entrypoint for hbl. It should work in any version with cia installs and a compatible payload.

So, during the jailbreak of the device, the jailbreaker introduces the awful amount of 2-3 urls (I will not count the chars...) for a full a9lh install.
The end user, given the jailbreaker has done a good job, will not use the browser to access any hax, since everything should come accesible and easy by default.

Dude, my sugestion its about instead we need to digit "http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin" into 3DS browser in 2.1 we could just digit

for exemple "123.US" and then it will redirect to "http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin" So easy so fast!!
