Homebrew [Help] How to get Homebrew 3DS for 3DSXL 9.4 EU?

Sup guys. 2nd thread. My brother had a Australian 3DS with version 9.4. At first, I was glad that my brother had that in the first place. But when I did everything in the tutorial on installing MenuHax or BrowserHax on Youtube, I didn't get a Homebrew Launcher but this:

It was yellow at first and later stayed white for so long. Please help.

If you may think "You can update to 11.0. Homebrew works at 11.0 for now". For me, I wanted to try dumping nand and sysnand and games(Gateway Exploit).
3DSXL Version: 9.4.0-21E

but sometimes homebrew launcher (or other software you're trying to run with this exploit) will just fail to run.

I'ts happened to me many times before (on 10.x versions while trying to downgrade to 9.2), so you just have
to try several times and also try go to browser settings and do a "clear savedata" or whatever its called.

It should work after some tries, if not you'll probably need help by someone more experienced than me

Homebrew works when I tap the screen again and again. Dunno why or how. But it works!

Also, when I use the MenuHax, it hangs.

No, but this will break you free from it.

You can use BrowserHax up to versions 10.7 as far as I know, so yes.

Before doing anything, you must go and change your theme once (if you haven't already),
that will cause the necessary folders and files to be written in the SD card for menuHax to work.

After that you use Browser Hax to run homebrew launcher, and then you can go and install menuhax.

After that you can downgrade to 9.2 or whatever else you want.


Google plaillect guide wiki, there is a nice guide over there.

Well, I'm kinda confused on what you want to achieve so I can't say anything more.

I should only mention (you probably know but just in case), don't update to 11.0.0, since you basically can't do anything with it unless you go through painful downgrade procedures.
