First of all will (USA) bios be usable in nintendont? This quote is worrying me.
Remember that the BIOS is optional and not needed for compatibility so just don't use PAL (or any) BIOS files if you are on WiiU vWii and you will be fine.
(IMO bios are necessary to enjoy emulation)

Second will i be able to use nintendont without the usbloader? I dont have plans on picking up a hdd anytime soon.

Third are their any back loaders that support sdhc cards? As stated before i have no plans on buying a hdd. (I mainly want to play mario tennis gamecube with the wiimote support and mario kart wii)

Lastly can i use the same sdhc card i use for loadiine for nintendont?

1. USA BIOS is 100% compatible with vWii, it's the PAL BIOS that uses a video mode not supported by the Wii U
2. Yes, but it's not really designed to be used as a standalone app
3. Yes, use WiiFlow
4. Yes, you can

Just follow one of the Nintendont tutorials. There is no problem with using Nintendont on its own - it just has a very basic interface, because it is meant to be used as a backend for a nice gui like a USB loader, rather than on its own.
