Hacking 3ds r4 gold - Working on one ds, Not the other

hiya,

I now have my old ds working with luma, running 3ds games, and regular 3ds games (through r4 gold)

I set my brothers up, and after getting 3ds games running, my R4 does not work on his old ds xl.

Just crashes when booting up, Is there any reason why this could be happening?

1. Don't you mean DS games via r4i gold?
2. R4i Gold 3ds or r4i sdhc gold pro?
3. What website does it say on the r4i gold ?

1. Yes sorry, regular ds games.

1. That is an r4i sdhc dual core, not gold pro.
2. Do you have the regular kernel or wood kernel?

1.See thats where a bit of confusion came about with me, I ordered gold pro. But that one turned up.

I believe i downloaded the dual core, I cant be too sure though.

Yesh sorry, Works on old 3ds, Doesnt work on old 3ds xl.

Both currently running luma.

Have just managed to test this, Sonic the dark brotherhood does not work on the 3ds

Then probably your twl firm is corrupt or [try that] install the newest version of luma 3ds again.
