Hacking Plailect/Guide using 9.0.0 3DS, still on 9.0.0 after completion

Hi all,

My 3DS is still on 9.0.0 after completing the guide?, even though the guide says I should be on 9.2.0 after first steps, is that for downgrading only?

Also still has "VER. 9.0.0" when I thought it should say "SYS 9.2.0"?

Am I on CFW NAND or am I on SYSNAND?

No, the power light flashes but nothing boots.

Then you have cfw, you're Safe to update to 11.0 via system settings

press select when powering the console, if you see the black screen with the white letters and "luma"
you can update it
