I live in america, they do not sell them in stores where i live, it won't mean that other places are different. I had to buy them online, and i wouldn't know if i am buying a clone or not. Except that they seem to stop working after specific period of time. My acekard 2i, ACE 3ds, does nothing when i insert the cart, i tried everything. Somehow my r4 SDHC still works, with some japanese konami game the system detects, and i can't find my Supercard DSTWO, which still has my 32GB Sd card in it. I took it out to play some super smash bros, and now i can't find it. If i had to buy so many flash carts to find one that actually is reliable, that is a problem.

Well, I bought mine online as well. I currently own an R4i-SDHC 3DS RTS, it's a very good cart, and I also own an old weird R4 and Acekard clone, the R4Ultra. That one only works on my DSlite though, not even the DSi boots it.

It's weird 'cause it has the WiFi symbol but no "i" or yellow pointy baloon with a FW version...and clearly on r4i-sdhc, there's nothing

Thank you for this, I have tried it but still get the an error has occurred message, so it looks like the card is blocked, will just have to buy a new one

I have the same card except that on my cart there is wrote '1.4.2' so I guess I should use 1.4.1-1.4.5 firmware...
Well either in emunand or sysnand (Luma3ds) it doesn't work.
How can I fix?

Well no error.
Simply it's not recognized by the 3ds in any way.
I put the cart in 3ds slot "the things on upper screen" vortex but nothing appears, like being without the cartridge.
I tried with twl and it gaves me "press power blablabla" error.

If nothing appears when inserting the cartridge, it can only be 2 things, the cart its damaged, or the pins are not connecting fully, when the r4 does not even have an SD in, it still displays a cartridge due to the files beeing on the small nand of the chip, however, if there is no image from the cartridge, then its a hardware issue. pins or damaged cart

Helo, You Cant! ;D

Some R4 had a kernel that has an Expiration Date inside their system, therefore, you will always need to be on a certain date range in order to make it work. theres no solution to this, since its cartridge based, not system based.

It looks so strange...on my dsi it worked and on a dsl too...
