Hacking Can I use R4 original Card on New3DS?

First, I'm very sorry for asking such a shitty question here. But I'm really new for flash cart. and Title is my question. I'm very interested in the TWL module patch. so I would like to buy flash cart.

why R4? because the price is 7 US dollar.
