I missed the oportunity to install CFW because when I tried to downgrade my system got a softbrick and now I'm at 11.0.33 and I don't want to hardmod my 3ds.

So I want to buy a Sky3ds+ but I want a good reliable reseller who send to US, so far I have this two:

Not really, I have just a friend who has one Arm9 Old 3ds XL but my 3ds is a "New 3ds Xl" so as far as I know I can't reverted the transfer from the old xl to the new 3ds right ?! Plus all my data will be formatted, I see too much trouble in doing that.

You can do the transfer from an empty emuNAND with nothing on it but the DSiWare game, so you don't need to transfer back.
The NNID on your console will be unlinked, but you should still be able to log in with it once you're done with installing CFW, so you won't lose your purchases. You can back up your save files beforehand using JK's Save Manager or svdt so you won't lose them.

Just log in with the NNID again after you're done with the guide.
