Hacking How Hard is it to make psp homebrew games

also after i make the game how would i convert it to a format playable (most likely iso)
Also im using notepad++ to make the code

I am sure the PSP has a lua interpreter (most things do it seems), however I have never really gone into it for the PSP.

Generally speaking compared to the likes of the DS and such it is fast, has a lot of memory and thus you can afford to code a bit less tightly than you might have felt compelled to do on the DS. Most people would tend not to make an iso of their homebrew as being able to copy plain files to the memory card is far nicer.
