Homebrew Region Free DB: Fusions CIA not showing up on Home Screen

Hey all, I got a DB Fusions CIA from that ISO site, and it claimed to be region free. However, it won't appear on the home screen until after I boot NTR CFW, and even then, the infinite 3DS loading screen happens. Anyone have a fix/experience with something like this? Thanks!


EDIT: I'm on firmware 9.2 no emunand as well, sorry to leave that out.

to fix the infinite loading screen youre gonna have to update ur emunand. and u may have just gotten a crappy .cia
