You would need a home menu patch. Probably not the easiest thing to do, and I don't know if any capable dev would consider it worth the effort.

Always wondered why Nintendo made a children's console using a 24 hour clock. I don't even know if they teach 24 hour clock in the US anymore. Except military maybe.
Because the US is not the only country that exists and that Ninty sells to. AFAIK a lot of countries outside use 24 hour clocks instead of 12. Kinda like how the US uses Fahrenheit while most of the world uses Celsius. But I could be wrong and someone can correct me if so.

Celsius makes far more sense because 0 is actually 0 (Gefrierpunkt)
It makes more sense to you because you were taught it from a young age. And just to play devil's advocate, kelvin is the only system in which "0 is actually 0" - in Celsius, 0 is freezing. But in kelvin, zero is referred to as "absolute zero", because it represents the lowest possible temperature (in which is actually unachievable). :^)

Seriously lol what you learn growing up makes more sense to you. I like Fahrenheit because to me a triple digit temp will always seem to capture how hot Vegas summer feels compare to what it would show in Celsius.

No one "needs" this, but some would prefer to use the 12 hour format because it's what they're used to. I myself would prefer said format, but I don't intend to jump through hoops to get it, especially when I have numerous other systems which keep track of time.
And honestly even for the US 12-hour people it isn't that hard to learn 24 hour or quickly convert to 12 hour (just subtract 12 and BAM)

It definitely isn't hard to learn, but I have no reason to use it, especially if I'm just going to be converting it to 12-hour time (because in the end, I depend on good ol' 12-hour time).

It makes more sense than F, as 0 and 100 have meanings of freezing and boiling water. It also is easier than F, especially when learning and converting to K (cuz Physics) as delta C = delta K .
