Now, in the next episode, he will face Alan in finale :

As shown in the image, Alan has a Mega-Charizard X
But Shatoshi also has a special link between him and his Greninja

What do you think, guys? Do you think Ash can win the Kalos league and face the Elite Four?
Or will he lose and his travel in Kalos will end there?

I was hoping it was more about something explained in the game and the anime gives away what happens next in the games.
So I knew that it could possibly mean that I wouldn't have to read anymore and could consider it as a fact from now on.

(so, you see, ash is an idiot for a reason, his mom is an idiot.. she leaves the 10 year old kid explore the woods and whatnot, she doesn't give a damn, she leaved the kid to the streets, and now she is having fun with the nextdoor wealthiest old man from her small town hoping that when he dies he leaves everything in her name so she can profit with all his research and expensive lab stuff)
go forward 10 years, kid get's pikachu which is now raichu (some people make tatoos to get over their ex's ok?) and ash's brother is NOT a winy cry baby, he's got a gary personality.. with ego and sure of himself thinking he is the best pokemon trainer ever
he will earn friends that will teach him the value of friendship and "to be nice"
side kick friend is the type of "i am useless, i don't know what i am doing with my life" dude
in the end ash's brother will find out that he doesn't want to be the very best.. instead he helps his side kick friend to turn into the very best cuz is friend needs that title more than ash's brother himself

It seems as though. Alan ignoring and looking away from ash after team flare shows up to kidnap ash, the fact that move that fainted greninja took a few seconds to make him faint (while looking pretty unharmed), and the fact that team flare starts their attack moments after alan gets the trophy.
