What is a necro-bump?

WTF DOES IT MEAN? I am at a complete loss here on it.

imagine a thread which the last activity was at 2012.
We are currently at 2016
That thread stopped it activity naturally at 2012, meaning that it died there.
A necrobump is when you post at that dead thread, bringing it to the front page of the section (that dead thread would be very hidden away in the last pages)(against the rules of gbatemp )

its when you go to a graveyard (1xx page in forum) find a dead body (unused thread that no one uses from said form page) and bump it back to life (revive said thread), the body will be a zombie probably causing trouble (thread would be outdated and there is better information elsewhere but people will tart to believe it is useful) and people will begin to be infected to be a zombie (other people will think it would be ok to bump old threads).
