It's very possible, but not for all DLC. Characters and stages are included AFAIK.

I just read up on it, all DLC is unlockable this way. So yes!

Quite simple. You have to obtain some copyrighted files, then load them with Caffiine.

There is a thread on "that iso site". Either download the modpack, or the patched css. Then use SDCafiine.

Put afolder on the root of your sd card called "0005000010144F00". This is for USA, for EUR/PAL, its "0005000010145000". Inside that make a folder called patch. Download BlackDeath's mod files and put them inside the patch folder, I cant link them here. After that, go to loadiine.ovh, click on sd cafeine, it'll put you back into the home menu, load up the browser again, then it will boot you to the home menu. Open up smash and you will have all the dlc. This is only for the physical/digital version, idk about loadiine. You need to load sdcafeiine every time you power off your wii u or your dlc wont be there.

Just buy it, don't try and get DLC without paying, it's wrong. I mean you can do it the "illegal" way but it's worth paying for it.

It isn't working, is it because I already have Ryu and Mewtwo?
