There were a few tutorials, and there's Riku's 3DS Simple CIA Converter, but the steps use rxtools which, correct me if I'm wrong, is outdated and not recommended.
So I assumed you could use Emunand9 to generate the xorpad from the .cia and ncchinfo.bin, but don't quite understand the process or how. I don't want to jump in and try things that could potentially be harmful, so I'm instead just asking for help as a noob. Help? :)

A little more information that might be helpful:
I'm trying to convert a .3ds game to .cia (Kingdom Hearts 3D - the dang cartridge was stolen from me)
I'm using A9LH.

Thank you. I'll check that out. :)

Oh, yes. One other thing. I accidentally said emunand9 instead of decrypt9. That's what I was using. The one that boots up when you hold x on startup.
Which should be Decrypt9 if you followed Plailect's guide.

Yup. The 3DS Simple CIA Converter program is frozen. Is that normal? Is it just loading and converting, or did something go wrong?

EDIT: It was just doing its thing. It's finished. I'm going to try installing the .cia now. :)

Yeah, it takes it awhile to do its job. If it's frozen again, don't panic. :)
