Homebrew A wishlist of things that will most likely never happen (3DS Homebrew & Hacking Edition)

This is gonna be a stupid list of stuff that I wish (or just generally other people, mostly me, though) could be real, but probably won't ever happen (or won't ever happen right this second). Before we actually start, I'd like to give out some disclaimers: Don't be surprised if some of these already exist or have alternatives or something, either, since I don't feel like searching if every single one is actually a thing. I'm kind of a noob to this whole 3DS Homebrew thing, so don't expect me to know that X does Y. I don't have every program ever made. Anyways, here I go:

1. Anything that involves being able to use things you need CFW for without using CFW.
2. Someone managing to make Swapnote be able to use Spotpass again.
3. Make Spotpass work as Streetpass (or vice versa).
4. Make (3)DS Download Play work as using online (or vice versa).
5. Make any Mii from your Mii Plaza in Mii Maker go to your Streetpass Mii Plaza as if you actually got the green notification.
6. Having amiibo work as any amiibo you want them to.
7. 3DS Emulators (or roms).
8. New 3DS Virtual SNES Console games working on Old 3DS's (unless if you count emulators, but those are too laggy).
9. Making your 3DS invincible to bricking (it's not gonna happen, trust me).
10. Using your 3DS as the Wii U gamepad.
11. An actual 3DS Action Replay Cheating Device (not just powersaves, but more like the ones for the DS).
12. Buying any game from the eShop, even if it was removed.
13. Downloading any game from the eShop for free (aka pirating), even if it was removed. (I could honestly go without this one, not that I really wanted to buy anything for free anyways).
14. Custom notifications on the home menu.
15. Screenshots on any game at anytime (probably the most likely to be made out of this list).

Yup, that was it. I would've made this longer, but I couldn't really think of anything else. Maybe some stuff will be invented in the future? Who knows...

Buying any game after its removed is possible if its still stored on their NUS servers and you need to add it to your "wish list" before its removed

If you're talking about Super Smash Bros. for Wii U's 3DS controller support, (for 9) and certain games that let you take screenshots (like Tomodachi Life, SSB3DS, or Animal Crossing), (for 15) then I didn't mean that. If not, then well that's actually pretty cool.

What about play ds games without a flashcart at full speed, that's obligatory on the wishlist

Aren't DS games backwards compatible with the 3DS? (unless if you're talking about emulators and/or flashcarts lagging).

When I said "unless if you count emulators" I meant not the stuff on the eShop, but more like emulators in used in the homebrew launcher thing.

7. 3DS Emulators (or roms) - already exists though progress is slow (and fully playable/winnable games are still very few) and it requires decrypted .3ds rom images.

9. Making your 3DS invincible to bricking (it's not gonna happen, trust me) - a9lh/k9lh and Luma will do more or less exactly that as long as you are careful to make and not lose your sysnand backup(s).

11. An actual 3DS Action Replay Cheating Device (not just powersaves, but more like the ones for the DS). - not a hardware device but NTR can do that.

13. Downloading any game from the eShop for free (aka pirating), even if it was removed. - This is possible with CIAngel in ticket download mode though I don't know if ticket mode works if the game has been removed. However you can still get removed games by using the CIA modes.

15. Screenshots on any game at anytime. - NTR already does this

For the downloading games that is removed, it is my best guess it is still on NDS since people do buy games and if it is completly removed then that means if somehow you lose your game, you should be entitled to redownload but not repurchase it. Is possible is removed from browsing and buying on eshop but not from being able to redownload. If anyone can check the eshop for a game they bought from there but no longer able to purchase, please check your download history to see if is possible to redownload or repair game to confirm this.

Sony PSN has removed games like Marvel vs capcom 2, TMNT re-shelled, and some others i can't get cause i didn't buy it before it was gone. (Since time i got a psn account was late 2012) But if you check your download history you can still download it again, same with xbox live games on Xbox 360. It wouldn't be right to remove game from being redownloaded again if you pay for it already, you have right to access when you need. But to prevent new people from purchasing it would make more sense.

I was talking about stuff that absolutely needed you to have CFW, and I already know that you don't need to have CFW to do everything, but for most things, you do. I mean more like a *insert name of a file extension that you need CFW to use here* to .3DSx converter.

Yes, I know they exist, but I mean like something that is actually, you know, something that's been around for a long time? Something popular? As in, it has progressed enough to the point where you can easily get roms and emulators from any rom website.

And for 9 through 15... I DON'T USE OR HAVE CUSTOM FIRMWARE (if the NTR program thing and .CIA files need them, IDK). I've never used them, I can't use them, and I probably will never be able to use them.

What? How am I an attention seeker? For once and for all, this wasn't for attention. I'm not asking or even begging anyone to make any of these things, hence the title of "things that will most likely never happen". Sure, I might want them to happen, but I don't want anyone to go through the trouble of actually doing it.

For number 15 you can use HANS.
It is homebrew that enHANSes official games with custom mods or just the default ability for language selection, region free, and SCREENSHOTS at any time by pressing the home button.

1. I don't think you could make any sort of private servers for Spotpass, but I wouldn't know.
2 and 3. Both of the scenarios you listed mention 2 things that I'm pretty sure work quite differently, plus #2 seems very pointless.

5. Wasn't there that "amiiqo" thing that was similar to what you described? Also this may be possible but not very practical.
6. From what I've seen, 3DS emulation (On PC, if that's what you were asking about) is starting to happen, but it's in a very early stage.
7. This isn't going to happen because the SNES emulator that Nintendo uses for VC only works on the New 3DS.
9 and 10. There is freeShop, but I'm not sure if that works outside of CFW.
