first of all thank you so much for helping me
after I was use gateway menu( the last one) I don't now something happen
when I turn my N3ds on it's turn on for a few second and the menu show and show a message
an Error Has Occurred. Hold Down the POWER Button
when I turn again the the same message show me
I was remover battery not fix
I can enter for recovery mode and I do this but when I update it its update but when its the end its freeze
I do this 10 time the same problem
I format my sd card the problem not fix
please help me what I shall do

Its bricked. I'm assuming you don't have A9LH, so your only option is to get a hardmod and restore a NAND backup from before the brick. If you don't have a NAND backup, then there's nothing you can do other than sell it for parts

I was going to say that, but was afraid that mods would tell " nu gatehate in thread -delet"
Thanks for clearing that up.
And about that op might have been screwed up by a bad nand downgrade caused by gateway stuff, in special, the shitty way that gateway leave the ctrnand and the native firm
