CHANGING THE HARD DISK FORMAT IS NOT AN OPTION,I'VE LOADED TONS OF WII GAMES AND I DON'T HAVE BACKUPS

I know this could be posted on either a UsbLoaderGX or a Nintendont question thread but I created this thread since I couldn't tell where I should ask.

So,I have a wbfs format hard disk which has many wii games, and I can't either change format of the disk either create partitions on that disk.Is there any way I can load Gamecube games using my wbfs hard disk,Usb Loader GX or Nintendont (or any other application you'd recommend unless it requires a major change)

Thanks in advance and I know this question seems demanding :P

So,I converted the Hard disk and there is a problem.
I opened the hard disk and it has a file called wbfs, and when I open it there are the games BUT they're on the wbfs format (I had them on iso)
Will they normally load?
Also, how do I put the nintendont games on the disk,I mean like do I only put the ''games'' file on the disk or do I need to copy ALL of the sd cards contents ?

The .wbfs extesion is normal.
It's the usual ISO games but in a format that will let you play them in a FAT32 drive.

You should be fine, simply use Wiiflow or USB Loader GX.

Or, you know, you can keep using USB Loader GX, which works fine with FAT32 drives and both Wii and GameCube games.
Really? When I started USB Loader GX, it told me I don't have a WBFS drive plugged in.

Wii games will work fine in that format. Gamecube games go to the games folder.

So will Configurable USB Loader for that matter. Just use whatever loader you like best. Or are used to.
all loaders use the same systems to get the games starting... so, you can use usb loader gx, usb loader cfg, wiiflow, neofaf's work whatever you like the gui is the main difference.. some of these programs have extra options though... but for what you discribe there's none.

What is the optimal folder structure to house ripped Wii, Wii U and GameCube games on an external USB?

Starting with the root of the USB drive. What folders should exist and how should the files be placed inside?

Should / can, all games be placed in the 'games' folder. Do they need to be organized into individually named folders? Do they need to be renamed 'game.iso' ?

For GameCube games.

USB://root/games/Donkey Kong Jungle Beat [GYBE01]/game.iso, GYBE01-dumpinfo.txt, GYBE01.bca/

For Wii games?

USB://root/Super Paper Mario [R8PE01]/R8PE01.iso or game.iso ?
or
USB://root/games/Super Paper Mario [R8PE01]/R8PE01.iso or game.iso ?
or
USB://root/games/Wii/Super Paper Mario [R8PE01]/R8PE01.iso or game.iso ?

For Wii U games?
USB://root/ ? What files should be used?
or
USB://root/games/WiiU/ ?

I am currently reformating and reorganizing my harddrive, one large partition this time and am wanting to know what files are actually needed.
