Any one else disappointed about Pokemon go?

So I am a beta tester for Pokémon go and my time with the app has left me really disappointed and here's why.

1. It's not a Pokémon game at best it is ingress with a Pokémon skin at worst it is a cash ploy
2. The capture system is really bad I mean if they wanted to replicate the feel of capturing a Pokemon in real life then they are way off as even when you hit them spot on with the ball more often than not if will not comince the capture sequence and you end up wasting pokeballs

There you go two quick reasons as too why I found Pokémon go disappointed I would like some to hear your opinions too If you have played as well.

edit: looks like the cash shop isn't nearly as bad as i expected it'd be. so that's nice.

This. I expected it to be bad but it is lacking so many features. Feels like no effort was put into it.

To be honest, I am surprised this is SUCH a hit. Like, EVERYBODY is doing this. Yeah, it's good that people are going outside once but Jesus Christ people are acting like it's a wonder app.

People are sheep, man. Let's hope this will die down as soon as Miitomo. I think it's unlikely though.

hey dont call the main pokemon series scams...the spinoffs r tho,but not the main ones.

I wouldn't call them scams if the games weren't always divided into pairs. The day games stop getting those dumb marketing sales, the day i stop calling them scams.

ah...ur right about that...but u got to have a choice b/w 2 cool legies,right? and if they put everything into one game,then their sales wud crash,bcoz in pairs people get a choice.
