That sort of thing already happened with Uber and other apps, not really a surprise, even though it happened kinda fast I must say.

that's why we have Windows Phones
No software's not a failure, it's a feature?

And... Ninty takes it offline!
Just like they did with Swapnote.

This is exactly why we can't have nice things.
Because Nintendo has got the concepts of security arse backwards and follows the same reactionary idiot path of bad newspapers and politicians? I always thought their weak security meant we could have nice things like this site, I guess it cuts both ways.

I hope this doesn't cause them to pull this game because I actually bought a new phone just to play it!
(I was intending to buy a new one before, this just made me get off my ass and actually buy one.)

Well, there has already been one person run over that's trying to sue for 51 million dollars. Even though he wasn't paying attention to his surroundings

Maybe this will be the first Pokemon game that your mom tells you not to go outside when its late. Not saying I see people walking alone outside in their PJ's with smartphone in hand looking for Pokemon at midnight.

Bets on that there wasn't a "look where you are going you dopey bastard" message on the startup screen and thus their case has some merit.

At least the rapists get an easy life now. They just program the bush of their choice and the waves of kids will never end.

All they will see is a shiny Shaymin.

Picturing the robbers going to jail and explaining why they're there to other convicts:

"What you in for man?"

"I robbed someone using Pokemon GO."

*blank stares from every direction*

Well next we will hear stories about how people started losing weight and being active cause of pokemon go.
NIntendo strikes again with excercise software just like Wii fit! :P

Illinois is working to ban toxic food additives that have been banned for decades in other countries; additives that can be replaced and all those countries still have Skittles and Mountain Dew. Title of the piece: GUBMINT WANTS TO TAKE AWAY YOUR CANDY

@Veho, Sounds and smells like bullshit. They don't give you cancer, and California should know that. I don't get why they stick labels that say "may or may not cause reproductive harm or cancer".

Arsenic doesn't give you cancer either.

California has already banned those additives BTW.
