Hacking GBA and r4 card making both 3ds screens turn off

I'm running luma the latest one, and have a r4 dual core dsi and 3ds whenever I run the r4 the screens turn off, and also with a gba game the screens turns off(the gameboy advanced game got it from freeshop)

Yeah man, there's 2 main Luma builds, one is for normal users, the other is the Dev build. When I ran the dev build I couldn't use gba stuff or launch my flash card. Switching to the normal build fixed that. So I thought I'd ask that first.

I think I got normal fix somewhere and fixed it but can't run ntr anymore
